Employment Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually

A remote counseling opportunity is available for a Washington-licensed LMFT who enjoys working with clients through a relationship-focused approach.

This role centers on supporting individuals and families as they work through concerns involving communication, family dynamics, emotional stress, and major life changes. The clinician will have the structure of a consistent schedule while providing care in a flexible virtual environment.

Responsibilities Include

  • Conduct therapy appointments through a secure telehealth platform
  • Support individuals and families with relational and mental health concerns
  • Complete clinical evaluations and identify appropriate areas of focus
  • Create treatment goals that align with client needs
  • Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
  • Participate in care discussions or coordination when needed
  • Practice according to Washington licensing requirements and professional standards
  • Active Washington LMFT license
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
  • Experience working with diverse client needs
  • Reliable internet and private workspace for telehealth
