What will you be doing:

Ultimate responsibility for the overall operations of their branch / department. Works closely with other managers in the absence of the Regional Managers/Director with guidance from Executive Committee. Other duties include:

  • Interview, hire, evaluate, discipline and motivate appropriate personnel.
  • Delegate job responsibilities efficiently and ensure that delegated tasks are carried out properly.
  • Work closely with senior management in developing/meeting company goals and objective.
  • Knowledgeable of, and responsible for, current company policies and procedures as they relate to the above duties.
  • Must maintain a genuine care and concern for patients and their families.
  • Assists with Performance Improvement activities and outcomes.


What is required:


• Valid Driver’s License

• Driving record that is cleared by our insurance company.

• Able to pass background checks as it pertains to the position

• Able to pass drug screening

• MUST be able to work flexible hours

• Able to lift and maneuver equipment that may weigh up to 100 lbs occasionally
