Overview:

Holley Performance Brands, founded in 1903, is a leading designer, manufacturer, and marketer of high-performance automotive aftermarket products. Our portfolio of iconic brands powers enthusiasts worldwide—from modern truck, classic muscle and modern performance to off-road and powersports, combining a rich heritage of innovation with a passion for performance. This role sits in the Modern Truck and Offroad and Euro & Import Divisions—home to iconic brands such as Flowmaster, Edge, Range, APR, DiabloSport, BAER and Dinan—where a single SIOP process aligns demand and supply planning across our brands.

Position Summary:

The SIOP Analyst is the analytical engine of the Modern Truck and Off-road and Euro & Import division's Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process. The division owns and runs SIOP for its brands, and this role gives division leadership the forecasts, dashboards, and single demand plan they need to stay in control of demand and supply decisions across the two divisions.

Reporting to the division's Sales & Operations Coordinator—with a dotted line to the Corporate SIOP Leader for standards and enterprise alignment—the analyst turns operational data into decision-ready insight. They build the forecasts, run the numbers behind the monthly demand review, surface inventory and capacity risks early, and translate complex analysis into a clear business narrative that improves forecast accuracy, inventory performance, production planning, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Run the Division's SIOP Process

  • Coordinate the monthly SIOP cycle for the division, consolidating Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Production, Purchasing, and Customer Service inputs into one division demand plan.
  • Prepare the analysis, dashboards, and materials behind the monthly demand and consensus reviews, and present risks, opportunities, and recommendations to division leadership.
  • Keep the process aligned to corporate SIOP standards and cadence while ensuring the plan reflects division priorities.
  • Drive accountability to the agreed plan across brands and functions.

Forecasting & Demand Analysis

  • Produce and maintain the demand forecasts across all five brands, selecting and segmenting statistical models to fit each brand's demand behavior.
  • Forecast new product introductions and phase-in / phase-out transitions with Marketing and Product.
  • Track forecast accuracy and bias, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Factor order trends, seasonality, and motorsports event schedules into the plan.

Data, Dashboards & Tools

  • Build and maintain the data models and business logic behind the forecast, turning raw sales, shipment, and point-of-sale history into forecast-ready datasets.
  • Develop the dashboards and reporting that make division SIOP performance visible (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, DAX, Power Query).
  • Automate recurring data preparation, model refresh, and exception reporting.
  • Partner with IT to keep data clean, governed, and integrated with the ERP.

Inventory & Supply Alignment

  • Analyze inventory to flag excess, shortages, slow-moving, and obsolete stock, and translate the demand plan into inventory targets.
  • Maintain planning parameters—safety stock, days of supply, reorder points—balancing service level against working capital.
  • Work with Purchasing to surface material shortages that threaten deliveries, and recommend expedite, defer, and cancel actions.

Continuous Improvement & Systems

  • Maintain data integrity across ERP, forecasting, and reporting systems.
  • Help set and maintain the division's forecasting standards and playbooks, and support upcoming ERP upgrades.
  • Benchmark and report forecast performance to keep it visible across the division.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business/Data Analytics, Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years in supply chain analytics, SIOP, demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, or business analytics.
  • Experience supporting a consensus, SIOP, or S&OP demand process.
  • Working knowledge of statistical forecasting methods and planning parameters (safety stock, days of supply, reorder points).
  • Advanced Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, formulas), plus forecasting software and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with an ERP system (Infor SyteLine/LN or comparable) and BI reporting (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across functions and brands.
