Outside Vehicle Registration Specialist

Growing national auto auction company!  Outside Vehicle registration specialist opening!    Must be able to work on your feet for most of the day, with limited opportunities to sit, and work outdoors on the auction lot in a variety of weather conditions.

Responsibilities for Outside Vehicle Registration Specialist

• Manage dealer registration and customer check-in processes.
• Verify documentation and maintain accurate customer records.
• Process vehicle registration paperwork to support auction transactions.
• Communicate registration requirements and next steps to customers.
• Maintain accurate logs, files, and documentation.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Support efficient sale-day registration operations.
• Resolve documentation discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
• Handle customer and transaction information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Hours for Outside Vehicle Registration Specialist

• 40 hours a week (Full Time)
• Monday 8am - 5pm
• Tuesday is a longer day for auction sales day prep (8am - end time 5pm to 9pm)
• Wednesday 7am - 4pm
• Thursday 8am - 5pm
• Friday start is 8am with varied end times to keep weekly hours at 40

Requirements

Requirements for Outside Vehicle Registration Specialist

• Administrative, customer service, or related experience.
• Some automotive related experience is a plus but not required.
• Able to work outside during all weather conditions.
• Able to be on your feet most of the day.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Regular and consistent availability and attendance.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, for duration of employment.
• Clean driving record.
• Need to pass pre-employment screening.
