Job DetailsJob Location: Dayton, OH 45409Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $14.00 HourlyJob Purpose: - The position is responsible for picking up meals, equipment, and other assigned items from the distribution location in Columbus, Ohio and delivering to designated locations in the Dayton Ohio Area for delivering to clients. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for scheduled delivery of packaged meals, bags, coolers, equipment, and other assigned items to locations in Central Ohio/Dayton Area using program vehicle. - Pick up empty bags, coolers, equipment following a schedule, and other assigned items. - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items to designated locations. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle. - Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth delivery operations. - Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations while operating the vehicle. - Report any issues or discrepancies encountered during deliveries to the supervisor. - Assist in loading and unloading items as needed. - Perform routine checks and maintenance of the delivery vehicle to ensure optimal performance. QualificationsRequired Education: - Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Required Experience: - Previous experience in a delivery or driving role is preferred - Familiarity with the Central Ohio/Dayton area is advantageous Required Skills and Abilities: - Must be able to read and write effectively - Ability to navigate using a map or GPS system - Strong organizational skills to adhere to delivery schedules - Excellent communication skills for interaction with clients and team members - Ability to handle and transport packaged meals, bags, coolers, and equipment safely
