Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Water Mitigation Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with water damage restoration experience who is equally passionate about building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with restoration team and crew chief to remediate water damage and mold in structurally compromised properties
- Conduct full mitigation process of home restoration installation of water fire and mold.
- Responsible for loading, carrying and installing fans and heavy drying equipment to and from job sites.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of water damage restoration experience.
- Understanding of water mitigation procedures, structural drying, moisture mapping, and restoration equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
