Full time

1st Shift (6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.) 2nd Shift (3:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.) Saturday (as needed: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.) 


Riverdale Mills Corporation is seeking experienced and mechanically inclined Production Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Northbridge, Massachusetts.


This position is designed to attract candidates with experience operating a wide range of industrial production equipment. Our manufacturing operation includes large automated machinery, CNC-controlled equipment, automated welding machines, wire processing equipment, and other specialized manufacturing systems.


You do not need experience with Riverdale's specific equipment. We are looking for dependable people with manufacturing experience who are mechanically inclined, comfortable working around sophisticated machinery, and capable of learning how to operate, adjust, and troubleshoot production equipment.


Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust industrial production machinery.
  • Operate large automated and CNC-controlled manufacturing equipment.
  • Operate automated welding and wire processing machinery.
  • Monitor equipment performance and product quality during production.
  • Make routine machine adjustments to maintain production and quality standards.
  • Identify equipment or process problems and notify maintenance or supervision when appropriate.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments.
  • Read production orders, specifications, measurements, and operating instructions.
  • Inspect finished product to verify quality and dimensional requirements.
  • Maintain accurate production records.
  • Keep machinery and work areas clean and organized.
  • Follow all safety procedures and established operating practices.
