This unique community-based role combines therapy, case management, crisis intervention, and vocational support services to help adults living with serious and persistent mental illness succeed in their homes, workplaces, and communities. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll work closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and behavioral health professionals to provide comprehensive, person-centered care.
