Job Summary A Production Employee must be capable of modifying, repairing, or adjusting material as needed. The individual must be physically capable of lifting, moving, and installing components and will also be responsible for managing their inventory and tools and reporting shortages or tool needs to their lead. At times a PT1 may be asked to work on separate projects around the facility such as maintaining, repairing, or fabricating new components, R&D, etc. This is the entry level for this skill set. Job Duties and Responsibilities Identifying & organizing components, fixtures & trim & materials. Ability to read & understand prints & drawings. Basic computer skills. Maintain a clean & safe work environment. Follow instructions & collaborate with leadership & supervision. Must be willing & able to strictly follow processes and policies. Must be willing & able to adapt to quick changes to process, equipment, and material. Other duties as assigned. QualificationsExperience and Education General Laborer. (1 Year minimum) Knowledge & experience with woodworking tools. (1 Year minimum) Knowledge & experience using hand & power tools. May have to express or exchange ideas verbally to clients or the public and to convey detailed spoken instructions to other employees accurately, loudly, or quickly. Work may require some weekend and evening work. No travel is expected. No remote work available currently.
