This position oversees staff responsible for the daily operations of the Arts & Education Department and collaborates with the Kroc Director to identify and secure public and government funding opportunities that support Kroc programming. a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Key Responsibilities: Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate arts and educational programming that supports departmental goals and objectives.  Direct and oversee educational, arts, youth, and adult programs while ensuring a safe, Christ-centered environment for participants. Select, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, contractors, and direct reports responsible for department operations.  Assist with the development and management of departmental budgets, contracts, funding opportunities, and financial accountability.  Develop policies, monitor program outcomes, maintain statistical reporting, and represent The Salvation Army through community engagement and marketing initiatives. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Ability to meet attendance requirements. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing, including providing direction and instruction to staff.
