The Onsite Quality Inspector will conduct audits to determine the quality of raw materials, bulk intermediate, and finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct responsibility for the audits of production, finishing and inspection procedures to specified standards.
  • Help ensure the production and timely delivery of products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 
  • Collaborate effectively with manufacturing personnel and management. 
  • Assist manufacturing departments with control plan and work instructions in accordance with PFMEAs, Process Flows, Control Plans and company quality management system procedures and customer requirements
  • Promote quality concepts and principles throughout SSW Holding Company Inc. 
  • Assist with 5S and ISO audits. 
  • Ensure that quality reports and pertinent information are communicated daily.

Position Supervised or Directed:

  • Reports to Quality Manager

Qualifications, Experience requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma Obtained: Minimum High School Diploma 
  • 1 year of experience in quality related role. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and use basic quality hand tools preferred. 

General Requirements:

  • Detailed and hands-on oriented.
  • Availability to go to the office from Monday to Friday.

Working Conditions:

  • Manufacturing environment. 
  • Physical ability, which may include standing, lifting, carrying, reaching, and working in areas that are not climate controlled for long periods.
  • Frequently indoors. 
  • Frequently exposed to fumes and loud noises.
