Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Meet face-to-face with Newark-area homeowners and introduce renewable energy solutions
- Compete daily against your own numbers and your team's
- Guide qualified customers through a simple enrollment process
- Take part in daily coaching, team challenges, and performance tracking
- Push yourself and your teammates toward weekly and monthly goals
What You'll Earn
- $900–$1,500 average weekly earnings
- $2,000–$4,000+ per week for top performers
- Weekly pay, uncapped commission
- New Start Bonus of up to $1,500 for qualified new hires
- Performance bonuses for hitting and beating targets
