Family Foster Care Executive Assistant

Position Overview: 

Assumes responsibility for efficient assistance to the Vice President for Community Based Foster Care in all areas customarily assigned to an Executive Assistant.

Position Qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma or GED; some college preferred. Ability to type efficiently and accurately. Must have command of English, be efficient and organized. Should have self -assurance, willingness to accept responsibility, pleasant disposition, and ability to handle occasional high work pressures. Able to cooperate with all levels of staff. Strong sense of confidentiality. Should have at least 2 years of experience with administrative background. Computer literate (word, excel, power point, etc).
