Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with content management strategies.
- 3 years of experience managing and deploying training programs to third-party partners.
- 3 years of experience managing and delivering cross-functional projects within an organization.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leveraging emerging technologies to develop innovative, engaging, and highly relevant training materials.
- Experience working in or designing learning programs specifically for the creator or consumer space.
- Experience in instructional design, specifically building and scaling learning experiences for vendors.
- Experience in stakeholder management, with a track record of partnering with cross-functional teams to align training strategies with business goals.

Key deliverables include end-to-end instructional design strategies, interactive vendor learning modules, stakeholder alignment plans, and process optimization strategies for global training deployment.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
