Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a Promotional Marketing Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional marketing initiatives designed to increase brand awareness, strengthen customer engagement, and support business growth.

This position is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, confident communicating with different audiences, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment. The Promotional Marketing Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to develop effective promotional strategies, coordinate campaigns, evaluate results, and ensure consistent brand representation across marketing activities.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing promotional marketing strategies and campaigns.
Coordinate promotional initiatives, events, presentations, and customer engagement activities.
Support brand awareness and customer acquisition efforts through creative marketing programs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure promotional activities align with company objectives.
Prepare marketing materials, campaign presentations, and promotional communications.
Maintain consistency in brand messaging and presentation across promotional initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and audience engagement.
Monitor promotional activities and provide insights regarding campaign effectiveness.
Assist with market research and competitor analysis to support marketing decisions.
Build positive relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Additional Information

Competitive salary of $59,000 – $68,000 per year
