A high-end Japanese restaurant in New York (Manhattan), New York is seeking a General Manager.

＜Position Overview＞
As the person responsible for a restaurant that showcases Japanese cuisine, Japanese food culture, and omotenashi in New York, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant.
As a core member of the new team, candidates who can work together with staff to provide high-quality service to guests and contribute to building a restaurant that is loved by the local community are welcome.

＜Responsibilities＞
・Overall restaurant operations
・Management of sales, costs, labor costs, and other financial matters
・Recruitment, training, and development of staff
・Creating staff schedules and staff management
・Improving guest service
・Customer service and handling customer complaints
・Health, sanitation, and safety management
・Coordination with headquarters and business reporting
・Planning and implementing measures to increase sales and improve restaurant operations

＜Qualifications＞
・Bilingual in Japanese and English
・Experience as a manager in the restaurant or hospitality industry
・Practical experience in restaurant operations
・Ability to lead a team and develop staff
・Ability to provide a high level of hospitality to guests
・Interest in managing numbers and improving operations
・Legally authorized to work in New York
