About the role
As an Enterprise Growth Lead at Fortuna, you’ll own landing and expanding across our flagship enterprise accounts - turning signed contracts into deeply embedded, expanding partnerships.
You’ll work directly with senior leadership to take the reins after contract close: building trust with executive champions and driving adoption across our largest clients. You’ll operate as an internal consultant, curious about their problems and bottlenecks, and discover challenges Fortuna can solve, turning that discovery into commercial opportunity.
You’ll also serve as connective tissue between our clients, Operations, and our Product/Engineering teams to directly influence what we build next.
What you'll do
Enterprise Account & Expansion Ownership: Own the commercial health and expansion revenue (ARR/NRR) of key enterprise accounts. Map complex enterprise org charts to introduce new divisions, teams, and high-value use cases to Fortuna. You pitch in as needed to get deals over the finish line.
Operational Value Delivery: Partner deeply with customer stakeholders to understand how Fortuna can bring value into their daily workflows, ensure rapid time-to-value, and eliminate adoption friction.
Product Strategy & Roadmap Input: Act as the voice of the enterprise customer inside Fortuna. Translate their needs and pain points into clear feedback to directly shape our product roadmap.
Executive Partnership: Build deep relationships with C-suite/VP champions and business leads. Conduct regular meetings, track business impact metrics, and position Fortuna as a core strategic partner. Support ad hoc asks to always demonstrate Fortuna as dedicated partner.
Playbook & Systems Building: Establish the early playbooks, customer frameworks, and expansion motions that will scale our enterprise operations function as we grow.
What we're looking for
Experience: 4+ years of professional experience, featuring a mix of strategy consulting, investment banking, operations, or growth/GTM at a high-growth startup.
Systems & Product Instincts: Highly analytical with strong business acumen. You understand complex data/workflow architectures and know how to bridge technical solutions with business outcomes.
Commercial Mindset: Comfortable owning revenue, driving account expansion, and navigating commercial discussions with enterprise buyers.
Executive Presence: Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can lead a meeting with executive stakeholders comfortably and be dangerous enough on the details.
Builder Mentality: High agency, low ego, and comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where playbooks are built as you execute.
