About the Role:
Track Star Trucking Inc is looking for a motivated and reliable FedEx Helper to join our fast-paced team in Brooklyn, NY! Responsibilities:
- Assist FedEx delivery drivers with loading, unloading, and sorting packages
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of parcels along assigned routes
- Handle packages with care, following proper lifting and safety procedures
- Scan and verify packages using handheld delivery tracking devices
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle throughout the shift
- Communicate effectively with the driver and dispatch team as needed
- Uphold FedEx and Track Star Trucking standards for customer service and professionalism
Requirements:
- No prior experience required — entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow delivery instructions
- Ability to work early morning, weekend, and peak season shifts as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
