Job DetailsJob Location: Bronx, NY 10474Salary Range: $1,225.00 - $1,470.00 SalaryMajor Food Distributor located in Hunts Point Cooperative Market in the Bronx is looking for a Full-Time Delivery Associate (Commercial Driver). As a Delivery Associate you will be our company ambassadors. Delivery Associates delivers our quality product to our customers.          Deliver product based on routed stops Unload product from truck at stops Count product to ensure accurate delivery Assist customers with questions, concerns, or inquiries Follow all traffic and safety laws Conduct a Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspection on vehicles daily Maintain Driver’s electronic log Use our technologically advanced Proof-of-Delivery system to provide excellent and positive customer service          QualificationsMinimum Experience and Qualifications: High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma Must have a valid Commercial Driver’s License, Class A or B Must provide a clean driving record, no DUI’s within the past 10 years Must have a current Medical Examiner’s Certificate Must be able to lift 60-100 pounds Must be able to read and write in English Must be willing to work 3:00AM or 5:00AM start times Must have at least two years of CDL experience Preferred Experience and Qualifications: Bilingual (fluent in English & Spanish) a plus   Employee Expectations: Regular attendance and punctuality Disclaimer: The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by the employee(s) assigned to this position.
