ABOUT THE ROLE:Ā 

This roleĀ is responsible forĀ providing administrative and operational support for the management of fiduciary accounts. The Associate Trust Administrator partners with Trust Administrators, Trust Officers, and internal teams to support account administration, ensureĀ accurateĀ processing, and deliverĀ a consistentĀ and compliant client experience.Ā

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Ā 

The responsibilities for this role are below; you may support projects of varying complexity based on skill and organizational priorities.Ā 

  • Client Service Support:Ā Supports internal and external clients, including beneficiaries and advisors, responding to routineĀ inquiriesĀ andĀ assistingĀ with account-related requests.Ā 

  • Account Maintenance:Ā MaintainsĀ client account information, including updates to account records, statements, and client data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Ā 

  • Transaction Processing:Ā Supports execution of account transactions, including cash movements, check processing, and account updates, following established procedures.Ā 

  • Account Monitoring:Ā MonitorsĀ accountĀ activity for overdrafts and exceptions, escalating issues and supporting resolution toĀ maintainĀ alignment with account requirements.Ā 

  • Account Lifecycle Support:Ā AssistsĀ with account openings, closings, and transfers, ensuring proper documentation, asset movement, and system setup.Ā 

  • Operational and Reporting Support:Ā Prepares reports and gathers account data to support reviews, audits, and ongoing client servicing needs.Ā 

  • Documentation and Coordination:Ā Coordinates documentation with internal teams, external partners, and tax preparers to support account administration.Ā 

  • Collaboration and Partnership:Ā Works closely with Trust Administrators and Officers to support day-to-day account management and client servicing.Ā 

  • Process Execution:Ā Follows established procedures and contributes to consistent operational practices across the team.Ā 

  • Other Duties:Ā Performing other duties as assigned, adapting to new tasks or shifts in priorities as necessary to support your team’s and the company’s mission.Ā

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Ā 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required,Ā bachelorsĀ degree preferred.Ā 

  • Minimum of 2 years ofĀ demonstratedĀ fiduciary administration or client service experience preferred.Ā 

  • Basic knowledge of trust administration, estate planningĀ strategies, andĀ income, gift, and estate tax concepts.Ā

Qualified candidates willĀ possessĀ aĀ foundationalĀ degreeĀ ofĀ proficiencyĀ (typically fromĀ 2Ā Ā yearsĀ of work or practical experience), in:Ā Ā Ā 

  • Client Service:Ā Ability to support client and partner interactions in a professional and responsive manner.Ā 

  • Administrative Support:Ā Ability to manage account documentation, transactions, and operational processes with accuracy.Ā 

  • Fiduciary Awareness:Ā Foundational understanding of trust administration, estate planning concepts, and fiduciary responsibilities.Ā 

  • Attention to Detail:Ā Ability toĀ maintainĀ accurateĀ records, monitorĀ accountĀ activity, and ensure completeness of work.Ā 

  • Communication:Ā Effective written and verbal communication skills when interacting with clients, partners, and internal teams.Ā

Total Base Pay Range 54,400.00 - 111,500.00 USD Annual
