Responsibilities
The Department of Family Medicine at Tulane University School of Medicine is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician.
The ideal applicant will have a strong background in academics; however, all candidates will be considered. As a full-time Faculty member of Tulane University, you will receive the Academic rank of Assistant Professor and a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with a fully comprehensive benefits package. The physician will have direct patient care responsibilities, as well as teaching responsibilities in the classroom and in the clinic.
Tulane University School of Medicine is located in the Central Business District, within walking distance of the historic French Quarter and Canal Street; close to the Mississippi River and scenic St. Charles Avenue.
Qualifications
- MD or DO form an accredited institution
- Board certified in Family Medicine
- Completion of an ACGME accredited family medicine residency
- Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Louisiana
- DEA and CDS licenses
