We are searching for a seasoned Branch Manager to run our Dayton Branch. This role is perfect for someone looking to join a growing organization and build a legacy by coaching and developing the transportation and processing teams.

Job Overview:

Responsibilities and Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Paid training will be provided in Colorado.
  • Overseeing and being accountable for operational performance, including achievement of exceptional service, quality, financial and staff performance goals.
  • Ensure safety and security of facility, liability, equipment and personnel.
  • Assist in oversight of human, material, and financial resources at the branch
  • Assist in hiring, establishing performance goals, training and development and performance reviews.
  • Analyze and interpret performance data for use in decision making and process improvement efforts.
  • Anticipate and proactively prepare for issues and make thoughtful recommendations.
  • Model an open-door policy and encourage discussion of differing opinions.
  • Encourage exceptional client (internal & external) service and teach how to achieve it.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must have the stamina to work 50 to 55 hours per week as needed.
  • Armored car or transportation experience is desirable.
  • College Education or Military experience is desirable
  • Exceptional problem-solving and management skills are required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
  • A positive attitude and ability to be a positive member of a team is required
  • Must have excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent recall and retention of information is needed.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure dictated by event schedules and project timetables.
  • Ability to read, understand and interpret written and verbal instructions and reports.

Physical Requirements:

  • The ability to travel occasionally within the district
  • Sitting for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 - 75 pounds occasionally
  • Moving about to accomplish tasks
  • Reaching overhead, and at or below shoulder level
  • Repeating motions, which includes the wrist, hands, and/ or fingers
  • Near and far visual acuity
  • Use of stairs
  • Communicating with others to exchange information
