The Head of Talent will be responsible for leading and executing a global talent strategy that supports the business and cultural transformation. This role will lead enterprise-wide talent development initiatives, including performance management, learning and development, DEI, employee engagement, succession planning, and organizational design.Â

The Head of Talent will be responsible for identifying strategic talent gaps, designing scalable programs, and building the infrastructure, processes, and tools necessary to enable a high-performing, agile, and inclusive global workforce.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Strategic Talent LeadershipÂ
•   Partner with the CHRO and executive team to align talent programs with business strategyÂ
•   Harmonize talent practices across geographies to support global consistency and scalabilityÂ
•   Build, deploy, and sustain global frameworks for talent development, culture, and leadershipÂ
Performance ManagementÂ
•   Create and leverage talent metrics for predictive performance and accountabilityÂ
•   Drive linkage between performance outcomes and rewards/compensationÂ
•   Introduce coaching and mentorship frameworksÂ
Learning & DevelopmentÂ
•   Lead enterprise learning strategy, leveraging internal and external partnersÂ
•   Build modern platforms to enable scalable, role-relevant employee developmentÂ
•   Foster a learning culture across all levels of the organizationÂ
Diversity, Equity & InclusionÂ
•   Embed DEI across all talent processes and the broader employee lifecycleÂ
•   Lead the development and integration of inclusive workplace practicesÂ
•   Partner with HR and business leaders to attract, retain, and develop diverse talentÂ
Succession Planning & Leadership DevelopmentÂ
•   Establish and manage succession planning, pipeline development, and internal mobilityÂ
•   Use assessment and analytics to identify and develop high-potential talentÂ
•   Lead leadership development strategies, including coaching and impact measurementÂ
Organizational Design & ChangeÂ
•   Shape future organizational structures to improve alignment and operational efficiencyÂ
•   Drive enterprise change management initiatives to enable talent readiness and agilityÂ
Technology & ToolsÂ
•   Modernize and optimize talent systems (performance, learning, analytics)Â
•   Identify technology gaps and lead HR digitization effortsÂ
Key QualificationsÂ
1. Â Â 15+ years of progressive experience in talent management, learning, or organizational development, ideally within a global or manufacturing settingÂ
2. Â Â Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide talent strategies and transformationÂ
3. Â Â Deep expertise in performance management, succession planning, leadership development, DEI, and change managementÂ
4. Â Â Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across cultures and functionsÂ
5. Â Â Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability and a global mindsetÂ
6. Â Â Experience modernizing talent systems and working with technology vendors a plusÂ
7. Â Â Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyÂ
8. Â Â Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
9. Â Â Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing teamÂ
10. Â Â Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environmentÂ
11.   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredÂ
