Job Description:

Champion Home Builders is seeking motivated individuals to join our production team. Production Workers play a vital role in building quality homes by performing manufacturing and construction tasks in a safe, efficient, and team-oriented environment. No previous manufactured housing experience is required. We provide training for individuals who are ready to learn, work hard, and grow with our company.

FLSA Status: Exempt

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble manufactured homes according to company standards and specifications.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Install building components such as flooring, walls, cabinets, doors, windows, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and other construction materials as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Previous manufacturing, construction, or modular housing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and be trained in-house.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
