O'Steen Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced automotive professional to take ownership of our Service Department in Nashville, Georgia.

This is a hands-on Service Manager position with highly skilled technicians already in place. The Service Manager will oversee the department while also working directly with customers as the primary Service Advisor and handling warranty administration.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Manager or a successful dealership Service Advisor who is ready to take the next step and run their own department.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the Service Department

• Serve as the primary Service Advisor and customer point of contact

• Write repair orders, prepare estimates and present recommended repairs and maintenance

• Dispatch and manage work for experienced technicians

• Maintain efficient shop workflow and technician productivity

• Handle CDJR/Stellantis warranty claims and administration

• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process

• Maintain strong customer satisfaction and CSI

• Coordinate internal and reconditioning work with the Sales Department

• Work closely with the Parts Department

• Monitor department performance, sales and gross profit

• Grow customer-pay business and service retention

• Ensure manufacturer policies, procedures and training requirements are followed

Who We're Looking For

Dealership service experience is strongly preferred. CDJR/Stellantis experience is a major plus.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with customers, selling service, managing technicians and taking ownership of the overall performance of the department.

Preferred experience includes:

• CDJR/Stellantis dealership operations

• Dealership warranty administration

• Dealertrack DMS

• wiADVISOR

• Service department sales, workflow and technician productivity

Compensation & Schedule

$50,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience and performance

Monday–Friday
7:30 AM–5:00 PM
Closed Saturdays
