  • Drive readiness for monthly, quarterly, and long-range planning cycles; ensure inputs are complete, consistent, and delivered on time.

  • Identify planning gaps, material risks, data-quality issues, and unresolved decisions; drive owners and timelines to closure.

  • Translate complex planning outputs into concise executive updates, decisions, and action plans.

  • Partner with domain planning teams to standardize processes, definitions, metrics, and reporting where appropriate.

  • Lead strategic programs that improve planning accuracy, scalability, automation, and operational discipline.

  • Maintain visibility into key demand, supply, inventory, attainment, and forecast-performance metrics.

  • Facilitate alignment across Infrastructure Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, and Operations.

  • Develop mechanisms to track commitments, decisions, dependencies, and follow-through across the planning organization.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of program management, business operations, supply chain, infrastructure planning, or related experience.

  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional operating cadences in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, infrastructure deployment, or capacity planning.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive decisions across organizations with competing priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting and meeting facilitation.

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to identify risks, frame tradeoffs, and guide decisions.

  • Experience driving process improvement, planning-system adoption, reporting standardization, or automation initiatives.

  • Ability to operate effectively with ambiguity while creating structure, accountability, and momentum.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cloud infrastructure, data centers, hardware operations, or large-scale technology environments.

  • Experience supporting GPU, compute, storage, and/or network capacity planning.

  • Familiarity with financial planning, capital planning, and supply-chain execution.

  • Experience leading multi-year transformation or planning-maturity programs.
