IT Deployment Technician – Nashville, Tennessee - Onsite

The Client is seeking a detail-oriented IT Deployment Technician to deliver, install, configure, and support laptops and technology assets across TDOT locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and configure laptops, workstations, peripherals, and software.

• Maintain accurate equipment deployment and inventory records.

• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on-site and remotely.

• Provide professional customer service and communicate with end users and team members.

• Follow deployment safety procedures and maintain organized storage areas.

• Travel to TDOT sites across Tennessee; travel expenses reimbursed per state guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus.

• Prior IT deployment, hardware installation, or related experience preferred.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to lift/carry/push equipment up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
