Position Summary: | Under direction of the of the Senior Manager, Human Resources the Human Resources Administrator is responsible for daily general Human Resources functions, i.e., assists processing team member onboarding and offboarding, performance evaluations, management of personnel files, and coordination of policies. |
Essential Responsibilities: | Management of personnel files including file audits and routine paperwork filing Assists as needed with recruitment process, such as team member onboarding and offboarding activities Coordinates the development, tracking, and implementation of team member performance evaluations Assists with payroll processing and timekeeping activities, such as attendance and team member accruals Responsible for internal tracking and reporting items related to HR activities Assists as needed to provide information on benefits programs, insurance, and other team member benefits Responsible for development/coordination of team member staff meetings; assists with employee special events Enters and tracks Human Resources related activities to the HR database Performs additional duties as assigned
