Paid 180-Day Training Program

All Nashville hires will complete a paid 180-day training program in Dallas, Texas before returning to help launch the Nashville market.

During training, you’ll receive:

What You'll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with homeowners throughout Nashville and surrounding communities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Generate new business through face-to-face outreach and referrals
• Perform complimentary roof and exterior property inspections
• Identify and document potential storm-related damage
• Take photos and gather project information
• Educate homeowners on the roofing and insurance restoration process
• Meet with insurance adjusters when needed
• Maintain consistent communication with customers
• Coordinate restoration projects from inspection through completion
• Build strong customer relationships
• Generate referrals and repeat business
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

This is a field-based position where you’ll spend your time meeting people, building relationships, and creating your own opportunities.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Must have a pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days
• Comfortable working outdoors
• Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to work in a performance-driven environment
• Ability to complete the required 180-day paid training program in Dallas, TX
