Join Our Agent Success Team

Great real estate agents need great support behind them.

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate The Masiello Group is looking for an organized, resourceful, and solutions-focused Agent Success Coordinator to support our Sales Director and agents throughout the Nashua and Atkinson region.

This is more than a traditional administrative role. You’ll help agents navigate systems, coordinate listing and transaction workflows, support office operations, maintain accurate records, and make sure important details do not fall through the cracks.

You’ll also work closely with other members of the Agent Success team - sharing knowledge, providing coverage, and supporting one another and the regions we serve.

The work is varied, fast-moving, and highly collaborative. If you take ownership, enjoy solving problems, and get real satisfaction from helping others succeed, we would love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Director and regional agents
  • Coordinate listing timelines, updates, documentation, and workflows
  • Review listing and transaction documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
  • Maintain accurate information across real estate, marketing, accounting, and internal systems
  • Help agents navigate company technology, tools, and processes
  • Troubleshoot common technology questions and connect agents with additional resources when needed
  • Support agent onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintain listing information, marketing materials, compliance documentation, and office records
  • Track licensing requirements, renewals, documentation, and other important deadlines
  • Deliver training and one-on-one support to agents with varying levels of experience
  • Support business-focused social media and marketing activities as needed
  • Maintain clear communication among agents, regional leadership, and home-office teams
  • Work collaboratively with other Agent Success team members to share knowledge, provide coverage, and support one another and their respective regions
  • Assist with day-to-day operations in the Nashua and Atkinson offices
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Follow assignments through to completion and proactively address outstanding details

Location and Schedule

This is a full-time, in-person position based primarily in our Nashua office. The Agent Success Coordinator will also work from our Atkinson office approximately two days per week. (Mileage will be reimbursed for travel to Atkinson.)

Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of these locations. Relocation assistance is not available.

Candidates who advance to the final stage of the interview process will be asked to provide three professional references.
