Job Title:Â Medical Oncology Physician
Location:Â Ephrata, PA
Employment Type:Â Full Time (1.0 FTE)
What You’ll Champion:
- Community-based general adult Hematology/Oncology practice (benign hematology, solid tumors, blood cancers)
- Outpatient Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PMÂ
- Facilities: 9 shared exam rooms; infusion and radiation on-site; embedded palliative careÂ
- Accredited & Collaborative: CoC accredited; partnership with Johns Hopkins and Maryland Proton CenterÂ
- Team: Fully staffed – 2.5 Medical Oncologists, 1 PRN Medical Oncologist, 3.0 APPs. Currently supported by navigation, social work, dietary, research, and genetic counseling (hybrid model).Â
- Volume & Call: 14-16 patients per day, shared call-coverage model to include inpatient consults and rounding (Hospitalists admit)

Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or
- Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required
Licenses:
- Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:
- Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine or Diplomate of the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. Upon Hire Required and
- Completion of an Internal Medicine residency. Upon Hire Required and
- Fellowship in Hematology-Oncology. Upon Hire Required and
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Teaching skills.
