Job Title	Pediatrics Patient Experience Associate
Job Description	We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized team member to join our fast-paced pediatric office. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and families, provides excellent customer service, and can multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Job Responsibilities	Greet patients and families warmly and professionally Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments Verify patient demographics and insurance information Collect copays and payments Handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy Communicate effectively with parents, providers, nurses, and staff.
Required Skills	Previous medical receptionist, pediatric office, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Professional, friendly, and patient demeanor. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer skills; experience with an EMR system preferred. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Must be comfortable interacting with children of all ages and their parents/guardians.
