Pediatrics Patient Experience Associate 

Job Description 

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized team member to join our fast-paced pediatric office. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and families, provides excellent customer service, and can multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Greet patients and families warmly and professionally 

  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments 

  • Verify patient demographics and insurance information 

  • Collect copays and payments 

  • Handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy 

  • Communicate effectively with parents, providers, nurses, and staff.  

Required Skills 

  • Previous medical receptionist, pediatric office, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred but not required. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Professional, friendly, and patient demeanor. 

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 

  • Basic computer skills; experience with an EMR system preferred. 

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. 

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality. 

  • Must be comfortable interacting with children of all ages and their parents/guardians. 

  • Compliance & Cleanliness: Follow HIPAA/OSHA guidelines, MMC policies, and maintain a clean work area; perform other assigned duties as instructed. 

Education/Experience Requirements 

  • High School diploma or GED 

  • Experience preferred but not required.
