WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Janitorial Support Tech, your primary objective is to deliver top-tier commercial cleaning services across various assigned client locations. You won't just be following a checklist; you'll be actively solving problems, maintaining high standards, and stepping in wherever support is needed most.

• Facility Maintenance: Perform comprehensive daily cleaning duties, including floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming), surface dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitization.

• Operational Readiness: Ensure cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment are properly stocked, organized, and maintained in safe working order.

• Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work to guarantee it aligns with Clean Team's strict quality and hygiene standards.

• Team Collaboration: Work side-by-side with supervisors and fellow team members to adapt to daily changing needs, cover open shifts, and train incoming staff on best practices.

• Client Satisfaction: Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with facility managers, ensuring open communication and rapid response to special requests.
