This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality, troubleshooting process issues, reducing defects, and driving continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will enjoy working hands-on in a manufacturing environment, analyzing data, solving complex problems, and collaborating with operations, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams. What You'll Do Oversee chemical processes related to anodizing, pretreatment, wastewater treatment, and water purification systems. Monitor process performance, conduct chemical analysis and titrations, and ensure systems remain within operating parameters. Investigate coating and finishing defects using root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Lead process improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, equipment performance, and cost reduction. Partner with suppliers, contractors, maintenance teams, and production personnel to troubleshoot and resolve process issues. Develop training, procedures, and documentation while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards. Qualifications a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } What We're Looking For Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field, or equivalent military/industry experience. 3-5 years of experience working with chemical processes in a manufacturing environment. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience using data analysis and Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools. Excellent communication, training, and project management abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
