Job Description
The Content Project Manager manages course development projects to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to specifications. The CPM manages the portfolio for a vertical or sub-vertical and understands what products are in that portfolio and how they are deployed. The CPM also serves as a liaison and mediator between resource team members and stakeholders to ensure projects are done on time and to the desired specifications. Â

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectivesÂ
- Prioritize projects and roadmaps based on intensity of effort, product management release initiatives, and resource availabilityÂ
- Manage routine project updates in QuickBase and communicate information in a timely manner to team and stakeholdersÂ
- Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information for assigned projects Â
- Forecast risks for completing projects and identify potential solutionsÂ
- Monitor and track progress of projects in QuickBase and handle issues that may ariseÂ
- Identify, report, and escalate risks or roadblocks to stakeholders and management as neededÂ
- Manage projects within budget and according to schedule, and communicate risks as appropriateÂ
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports in QuickBaseÂ
- Maintain accurate data in QuickBaseÂ
- Prepare, coordinate, and release modules to multiple platforms with accuracyÂ
- Prepare, coordinate, and archive modules from multiple platforms with accuracyÂ
- Run or present in multiple resource and stakeholder meetings each weekÂ
- Make recommendations to stakeholders on project execution strategiesÂ
- Resolve Support Issue Tickets or escalate as appropriateÂ
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s DegreeÂ
- 2+ years of coordinating or project management experience or equivalent experience working with Relias’ internal systemsÂ
- Ability to work under time constraints and deadlinesÂ
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with Content team and Product teamÂ
- Ability to troubleshoot problemsÂ
- Ability to work autonomouslyÂ
- Ability to remain calm and diplomatic Â
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize projectsÂ
- Ability to mentor Project CoordinatorsÂ
- Ability to build and run reports in QuickBaseÂ
IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU:
- Project Management ExperienceÂ
- Database and data management (QuickBase preferred)Â
