This role provides critical support throughout the sales process, from preparing quotations and cost sheets to order administration, customer communications, and shipping coordination.  Position Summary The Sales Administrator supports customers and the Sales team by preparing quotations, processing orders, maintaining documentation, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely and accurate customer service. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment.  Key Responsibilities Prepare and issue accurate customer quotations. Develop cost sheets to support pricing decisions and sales analysis. Coordinate with Purchasing, Engineering, Production, and Quality departments to gather information for quotations. Follow up on customer quotations and inquiries. Review and process customer purchase orders in the ERP system. Initiate and maintain contract review documentation. Manage order administration, customer records, and sales documentation. Coordinate domestic and international shipments. Prepare export documentation and Letters of Credit as required. Support RFQs and customer orders involving other NEOTISS facilities worldwide. Maintain organized and accurate sales records. Perform additional duties as assigned. QualificationsQualifications Required Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum six months of experience in inside sales, customer service, order administration, logistics, or a related manufacturing environment. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systems. Preferred Bachelor's degree. One to three years of manufacturing-related experience. Experience with export documentation and international shipping. Experience with Letters of Credit. Knowledge of shipping, logistics, and export procedures. SAP experience strongly preferred.  Physical Requirements Ability to work at a computer for extended periods. Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds. Frequent use of standard office equipment.  Working Environment Primarily office-based. Frequent interaction with customers and internal departments.
