Position Summary
Ocean Coast Electric LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Commercial Project Manager to join our growing team in Robbinsville, NJ. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through project closeout
- Coordinate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking reports
- Review electrical plans, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and compliance
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor scopes of work
- Handle RFIs, change orders, and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in commercial electrical project management
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, NEC codes, and commercial construction processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
- Experience reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and specifications
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
