Driver Recruiting Conversion Specialist – Qualified Leads & Applicant Reconnection
Truck Driver Nation is looking for a Driver Recruiting Conversion Specialist to work with CDL candidates who have already shown interest but have not completed the next step in the recruiting process.
This role is not centered on cold prospecting. Its primary focus is reconnecting with existing candidates and determining whether a legitimate opportunity remains to move them forward.
CANDIDATES MAY INCLUDE
• Drivers who started but did not complete an application
• Qualified applicants who stopped responding
• Candidates who requested a later callback
• Drivers whose employment situation recently changed
• Previous applicants who may now qualify for another opportunity
• Candidates waiting for an appropriate position to become available
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Review inactive and pending CDL candidate records
• Re-establish contact with appropriate applicants
• Determine current employment and availability
• Update driver preferences and qualification information
• Identify candidates ready to resume the recruiting process
• Route re-engaged drivers to the appropriate next step
• Document outcomes and future follow-up requirements
• Close inactive records when appropriate
