Provides technical support to personal computer systems and PC network users in response to specific requests. Installs personal computer application software and assists in problem determinations.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate degree in computer science or equivalent knowledge base
- Working knowledge of personal computers and basic knowledge of PC support functions
Desired Qualifications:
- Formal training in PC operating systems and or application programming desired
