LOCATION
This is a Minnetonka, MN based position with generous flexibility to work from home.
JOB SUMMARY
Implementation Consultants are internal product experts responsible for ensuring that our software application is configured for clinical studies in accordance with quality standards and best practices. Individuals in this role guide clients through the learning management system and mentor them through the study build process. This position also provides support for more complicated product questions and issues.

JOB DUTIES
- Advise and consult on best practices for implementing Mednet’s application.
- Guide clients through the clinical study build process by answering questions, resolving issues, monitoring progress and mentoring.
- Translate customer needs into system functionality to ensure a match between study requirements and system capabilities.
- Configure clinical studies for customers who have contracted with Mednet to build their study.
- Oversee the customer help desk and provide escalated support.
- Support product training initiatives by preparing course content and delivering training.
- Prioritize quality in all aspects of study database design, ease of data capture, and overall system usability.
- Provide superior client relationship management by answering client and end user requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhere to all SOPs and policies.
- Assist with product testing as needed to support product releases.
- Support the sales team as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
ESSENTIAL
- Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients.
- Positive outlook on problem solving.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
PREFERRED
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in a customer focused position involving technical knowledge of a company's products and services

$60,000 to $65,000
