Salary: $55,000-$60,000, commensurate of experience

PURPOSE and POSITION OVERVIEW
Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the Milford Prevention Coalition (MPC) by working closely with the Coalition members, the community stakeholders, the school systems, and other members of the prevention team. Responsible for implementing and monitoring the strategies and activities of MPC and the accompanying administrative work to fulfill the action plans.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of MPC
- Collaboration with other management staff to monitor the prevention budget and the implementation of the strategies
- Participate in and support the sustainability activities that include fund raising and grant writing
- Monitor the timely achievement of the identified goals and objectives
- Attend required meetings and trainings
- Act as liaison to Committees
- Collaborate with the prevention team members to collect data and compile reports
- Administrative work that supports the strategies and activities
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications and Competencies:
Bachelor's Degree required
Experience in substance abuse and mental health prevention services
Knowledge and experience in prevention, behavioral health and substance abuse
Good communication and documentation skills
Computer literacy/skills
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation on a consistent basis
