CDL-A Regional Driver

$70,000–$85,000 Base Salary + Overtime + Bonus | Home Every Weekend
Are you an experienced CDL-A driver looking for steady year-round work, consistent home time, and a role where you're trusted to get the job done?
CoverSafe is looking for a dependable CDL-A Regional Driver to help keep our service centers stocked and running throughout the region.
This is not an over-the-road position where you'll be gone for weeks at a time. You'll travel between CoverSafe locations on regional routes, typically spend no more than 2–3 nights away at a time, and be home every weekend.

- $70,000–$85,000 base salary, based on experience

What You'll Do:
You'll be responsible for transporting inventory between our Central Warehouse and CoverSafe service centers throughout the region.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Drive regional routes across multiple states
- Safely transport inventory and materials between CoverSafe locations
- Plan efficient routes and ensure deliveries arrive on schedule
- Properly load, balance, and secure freight
- Load and unload materials at service center locations
- Assist with organizing inventory at each location
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
- Record deliveries and inventory using our internal system
- Communicate with Service Center Leaders regarding deliveries and inventory needs
- Help maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse areas
This is an independent role with a lot of trust. We need someone who takes ownership, communicates well, and can be counted on to keep our operation moving.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Valid CDL-A license
- At least 1 year of CDL-A driving experience
- 21 years of age or older
- Safe driving record
- Regional driving experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred; training can be provided
- Comfortable loading and unloading freight
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable using basic technology to track deliveries and inventory
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
- Able to work independently and solve problems on the road
