Superintendent (Solar/Electrical)

B.H. Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Superintendent to run electrical crews on industrial solar farms while adhering to all codes and safety standards. The current project is in Boise, Idaho. This position requires a high level of experience in this type of work. The superintendent earns an initial salary of $110K to $135k (DOE) that is paid weekly. Qualified applicants may be eligible for per diem on this project. QUALIFICATIONS

• Field Experience: 5-10 years in construction mangement, with a minumum of 3-5 years directly supervising utility-scale solar projects.
• Electrical experience.
• Willingness to travel with a 5 week on site rotation.
• Proven track record managing field crews, equipment and logistics across expansive sites.
