  1. What You Bring to the Role
  • Two to four years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related field.
  • Experience collaborating with departments to document, improve, and implement operational processes.
  • Experience creating or supporting training videos and multimedia learning content preferred.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training-tracking tools.
  • Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent or GED.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence, engage, and coach employees at all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and related technology tools

The Development Experience Specialist plays a key role in strengthening employee performance and organizational culture by delivering impactful learning experiences, maintaining training resources, and partnering with leaders to support employee development. This position serves as both a training professional and culture ambassador, helping ensure employees have the knowledge, skills, and support needed to thrive.


In this role, you'll facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions, develop engaging learning materials, maintain training content and documentation, and collaborate with subject matter experts to keep procedures and training programs aligned with operational needs. You will also evaluate training effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
