Performs tasks and duties associated with product manufacture planning, including production schedules, material lists & inventory availability, and production plans as well as other task needed. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 路 Helps to analyze production specifications to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and personnel requirements. 路 Maintain the sense of urgency required to support a 24/7 plant 路 Estimate and coordinate the raw materials, equipment, and labor shifts needed for continuous workflow. 路 Recommend schedule changes resulting from material or labor shortages, design changes, or backlogs when necessary. 路 Collaborate with Operations in analyzing, validating, and auditing material movements 路 Monitor all aspects of material movement and consumption in PIM Brands Systems. 路 Maintain inventory levels of materials, necessary to meet daily production demands 路 Track stock levels, prevent shortages, and manage work-in-progress (WIP) to avoid overstocking or stockouts. 路 Assure the highest level of accuracy for material handling within the plant 路 Follow and help enforce PIM Brands GMP, food safety, personal and general safety rules 路 Work with Operations and Supply/Demand teams to increase production efficiency while maintaining excellent Customer Service 路 Support management with the delivery of KPI targets: OEE, Schedule Adherence, Shift Adherence & Production Attainment 路 Become a SME in the use of SAP tools & Reports QualificationsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING 路 High school diploma with extensive experience, or a bachelor鈥檚 degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration. 路 2+ years of progressive experience in production planning, inventory control, and materials management within a manufacturing environment. 路 Proven experience with ERP/MRP (SAP) systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 路 Strong analytical, mathematical, and decision-making skills. 路 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence across departments. 聽 Worksite:聽聽 The PIM Brands Manufacturing Site is located in Somerset, New Jersey聽 The PIM Brands Manufacturing Site is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week聽 This position requires working onsite.聽聽 We are proud to offer:聽聽 Total compensation package including bonus, 401(k) plan match and other incentives (*based on eligibility and position)聽 Comprehensive benefits package - EFFECTIVE DAY 1, Including medical, dental, vision, disability, insurance plans and much more聽 Diverse range of benefit choices tailored to support you in making optimal decisions for yourself, your loved ones, and your preferred way of life 聽 Personal time off, vacation time, floating days and observed holidays聽 Business casual dress 聽 Entrepreneurial and innovative culture offering the opportunity for internal career advancement.聽聽 Awards & Accolades:聽聽 #10 Candy Company in North America聽 #26 Global Candy Company聽聽 Makers of Welch鈥檚 - #1 Fruit Snack in U.S. 聽 2024 Advocate of the Year Award聽聽 Recognized by聽NJBIA - State-of-the-Art Manufacturing Facility and in Research/Development 2024 聽 Recognized by聽New Jersey Business Magazine聽2024聽 Top 100 Privately Owned Company in the Metro NYC Market 聽 Top 50 Employer in New Jersey聽 聽 PIM Brands is an Equal Opportunity Employer聽 PIM Brands is an e-Verify Employer聽 SOM123
