Position Summary

The In-Room Dining Server is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service directly to guest rooms while maintaining Forbes Five-Star standards. This role creates memorable guest experiences through personalized service, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Set up and present meals according to Forbes Five-Star service standards.
• Provide personalized, anticipatory service and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Ensure order accuracy and maintain clear communication with culinary and service teams.
• Clear trays, tables, and service items in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment.
• Promote resort amenities and enhance the guest experience through exceptional hospitality.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous food and beverage, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
• Ability to lift and carry food trays and service equipment.
• Flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
