Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Arizona - Remote, AZ 85201Salary Range: $25.00 - $37.00 HourlyDepartment: Field Operations Reports to: Construction Manager Job Type: Full-Time | Non-Exempt Location: AZ Market - DFW Market Job Summary We are seeking experienced Tower Technicians (Levels I–III) and Crew Leads. Team members are responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and modernization of wireless telecommunications equipment while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. Depending on the position, responsibilities include increasing levels of technical expertise, leadership, project coordination, and mentoring. Key Responsibilities (By Level) Tower Technician I Support wireless site builds and equipment installations under supervision. Perform waterproofing, grounding, cable routing, and cable support. Assist with material handling, housekeeping, and job site safety. Follow company procedures and learn wireless construction standards. Tower Technician II Perform all TT I duties with minimal supervision. Install antennas, radios, jumpers, RETs, grounding, and fiber components. Assist with site integration and closeout documentation. Mentor TT I technicians and support Crew Leads during project execution. Tower Technician III Perform advanced wireless equipment installations with minimal supervision. Troubleshoot installation issues and support commissioning activities. Train and mentor TT I and TT II technicians. Assist or serve as acting Crew Lead when needed. Perform advanced structural installations, including sector frames, mounts, and platforms. Crew Lead Lead daily field operations and supervise tower crews on wireless construction projects. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer specifications and company standards. Coordinate project activities with Construction Managers and Project Managers. Assign daily tasks, provide on-the-job training, and mentor technicians. Maintain quality control, complete required documentation, and ensure accurate closeout packages. Communicate project status, material needs, and any field issues. Enforce OSHA and company safety policies at all times. QualificationsRequirements   Requirements (All Levels): Must be RF Awareness, CPR/First Aid, OSHA 10 certified. Must have full climbing gear, PPE, and necessary tools (based on level). Minimum 1 year commitment if sponsored under work visa program Willing and able to travel for extended periods (minimum 6 weeks at a time) Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.  Physical Requirements Able to climb and work at heights on towers, poles, and rooftops (up to 500’) Lift and carry at least 70 lbs Capable of performing essential job functions safely and consistently Able to work in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, high winds), long shifts, and night work Must pass regular and ongoing drug screenings Preferred Certifications/Experience: Comtrain Authorized Climber Rigging (TT II+) Fiber, PIM, Sweep testing (TT III) Familiarity with RFDS/CDs and telecom build standards Experience with multiple carriers (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, etc.)  Performance Metrics: Safety & Zero Accidents Quality & Punch-Free Work Efficiency & Timely Task Completion Technical Knowledge & Use of Tools Team Collaboration & Mentorship Reliable Attendance
