Description

Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in the Treasure Valley. We are looking for a Car Deal Processor to join the accounting team.

Qualifications:

  • Accounting experience required; accounting education preferred
  • Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Intermediate user of Excel
  • Ability to ten-key by touch
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail an accuracy
  • Intermediate accounting knowledge
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
  • Ability to prioritize job duties to meet deadlines
  • Deals processing experience required 

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Processing car deals, entries and all bank paperwork
  • Make bank postings and reconcile for accuracy daily
  • Balancing debits and credits on deals
  • Audit deals for accuracy
  • Ensure all data is entered into accounting system correctly
  • Maintain a log of missing documents requiring correction on all car deals.
  • General office clerical tasks and projects as assigned by Controller and Office Manager
  • Assist other dealership personnel with department duties

Working conditions are indoors, in an office environment, spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
