JOB LOCATION: Meriden, KS SALARY: TBD, Based on Qualifications +Benefits ESSTENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage Mammoth’s Accounts Payable email inbox for electronic invoices and inquiries and address appropriately Input all accounts payable invoices into the accounting system Answer incoming telephone calls and communicate payment information to venders and partners Maintain the “Mammoth Standard of Excellence” by helping to keep a clean workspace including the common areas, breakroom, restroom, and parking lot ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Approve internal expense reports Review and handle all accounting/payroll department mail Develop and maintain positive working relationships with outside vendors QualificationsREQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES: Open and willing attitude and eagerness to learn with high energy Professional verbal and written communication skills Excellent technical skills and attention to detail Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to operate and/or learn computer operating systems Able to be flexible and adapt to an everchanging work environment and prioritize tasks appropriately EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Previous customer service Previous clerical and data entry experience   High school diploma or equivalent   ABOUT Mammoth MMTH is a full-service, turnkey sports company for schools and athletic complexes that can help design, budget, fundraise and build the projects of our partner’s dreams.
