Title: Marketing Communications Specialist

Company Summary: Join a team that’s redefining what’s possible in cardiovascular treatment. At Jupiter Endovascular, we’re revolutionizing catheter-based therapies by bringing the precision and control of surgery to minimally invasive procedures. For decades, catheters have remained largely unchanged—rigid, unstable, and difficult to maneuver through the body’s winding anatomy. We’ve developed a transforming fixation technology that navigates flexibly through the vascular system, then locks into place to deliver treatment with surgical-like stability and control.

Our device solves one of the longest-standing challenges in endovascular procedures, empowering physicians and improving outcomes for millions of patients living with cardiovascular disease. We’re entering an exciting new phase—scaling up production, expanding our team, and preparing for commercial launch.

Founded and headquartered in Menlo Park, California, Jupiter Endovascular is led by a proven team of medical device entrepreneurs and backed by top-tier investors across venture capital, private equity, and strategic partners. We’ve built a fast-paced, collaborative culture grounded in innovation, teamwork, and purpose. Every role at Jupiter directly contributes to our mission: saving lives by advancing the future of endovascular therapy.

Position Overview: The Marketing Communications Specialist supports the execution of customer-facing marketing communications, educational programs, and promotional activities for the Company’s medical device portfolio. This role will create and maintain marketing materials, coordinate peer-to-peer and medical education programs, support customer meetings and events, and manage digital communications.

Working closely with Marketing, Clinical Research, Sales, Regulatory, and external vendors, this individual will help ensure materials and communications are accurate, engaging, compliant, and aligned with the Company’s brand and commercial priorities.

This is an in-office role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and coordinate production of marketing collateral, including brochures, product sheets, presentations, customer emails, newsletters, event materials, and sales-support tools.
  • Translate approved clinical, product, and technical information into clear, customer-friendly marketing communications in partnership with Clinical Research and internal subject-matter experts.
  • Coordinate peer-to-peer education programs, physician meetings, customer events, advisory boards, and industry-conference activities, including invitations, materials, logistics, and follow-up communications.
  • Manage day-to-day digital communications, including website updates, social-media content, email campaigns, and communications calendars.
  • Maintain organized libraries of approved marketing assets, including version control and coordination of review and approval workflows with Regulatory, Quality, and other stakeholders.
  • Support marketing project plans, vendor coordination, basic campaign reporting, competitive monitoring, and commercial-launch activities.
  • Partner with Sales and Clinical Research to gather field feedback and continuously improve customer education and marketing tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing communications, program coordination, digital marketing, events, or a related role.
  • Experience in medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry is preferred.
  • Strong writing, project-management, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Experience developing marketing collateral and coordinating events, customer programs, or digital communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media, website content-management systems, email marketing, CRM, or design tools is a plus.
  • Ability to travel periodically for customer meetings, conferences, and events.
